This biscotti was inspired by New England's autumn harvest and the apples of Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We've added plenty of dried apples to my Mother's traditional handmade recipe. Then we generously sprinkle each biscotti with cinnamon and sugar to give you real comfort food.
