Fresh Ingredients

  • Fresh Ingredients. Montione's uses loads of fresh ingredients and my Mother's special recipe to give our handmade biscotti their awesome old fashioned taste that makes us better than any other biscotti or cookies. The delicious buttery taste will pop from the very first bite. The easy-to-bite crunchy texture is fun to dip or eat like a cookie. We offer a variety of Traditional and New England flavors that will satisfy, sooth and comfort everyone.
  • Allergy Information. Depending on the flavor, biscotti contains nuts, wheat, milk products and soy (soy lecithan added in chocolate as an emulsifier). All biscotti is manufactured in a bakery and on equipment that processes nuts, wheat, milk products and soy. Montione's Biscotti does not make recommendations for flavors to select due to allergies
  • Kosher Certification. "This is to certify that the fine gourmet authentic handmade Italian-style biscotti products, produced, baked and packaged by Montione's Bakery are Kosher - Dairy under the strict orthodox rabbinical supervision of the Orthodox Jewish Council, Kosher Technical Konsultants for year round use excluding Passover."
